In my position as a Cape Cod Wedding DJ since 1981, I have witnessed many Cape Cod Wedding Blessings. 

Every one of these prayers has served the same general purpose; to bless the meal, the wedding couple, and the guests before sitting down to eat.

Here is one simple prayer that you might consider useful if you're wondering what you should say if asked to say grace:

LET US PAUSE FOR A MOMENT OF PRAYER...

MAY THE BLESSING OF THE LORD REST UPON EVERYBODY GATHERED HERE...

AND MAY GOD'S PEACE AND LOVE ABIDE WITH  (BRIDE'S NAME HERE  &  GROOM'S NAME HERE)



BLESS THE FOOD WE ARE ABOUT TO RECEIVE... AND MAY GOD'S PRESENCE

ILLUMINATE OUR HEARTS NOW AND FOREVERMORE.  AMEN
